The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 for offences under Sections 397 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner, as per the FIR, is that he fled away with the Indigo Car bearing registration No. J.N. 10 AH 9283, when the informant, in order to answer the natural call, came down from the vehicle near Ghelure Valley. The petitioner was apprehended on 30th August, 2016 and since then he is in custody.
Having regard to the period of custody since 30th of August, 2016, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20180 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, subject to the condition that he will extend all co-operation in the case and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses or the evidence.
