The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Verma. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the clean antecedent and weak evidence against this petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
