2. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court by a detailed order dated 09.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 23629 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained under custody since 13-12-2023 i.e. near about one and a half years.

4. I see no reason to reconsider my earlier order whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is rejected.

6. However, considering the period of incarceration,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10913 of 2025(4) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 the learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year and if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
