JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that although there is allegation of firing against these petitioners, but no injury was caused to anyone.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of
