JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite a representation made to the Circle Officer, Atari (Mohara), Gaya, for mutating the land in question, as described in paragraph 3 of the application, the same is not being done. In my opinion, the petitioner has remedy under Bihar Mutation Act, 2011, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), by making an application in a proper format before the Circle Officer, Atari (Mohara), Gaya, which he can do. This application is disposed of with the observation

Patna High Court CWJC No.4149 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 that if the petitioner makes an application for mutation before the competent authority, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a statutory time as prescribed under the Act.
