Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 4557 © of 2017 for the offence under section 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been made accused in the complaint case only because he demanded money which was in connection with the supply of building materials.
Referring to the informatory petition dated 10.7.2017,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9927 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that present case is filed as a device to deny the outstanding payable to the petitioner by the informant.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sukul Ram, learned Sub JudgeXIII-cum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 4557 (c) 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
