Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to assail the order of Sub-Divisional Officer-cumLicensing Authority dated 28.11.2020 whereby the petitioner's licence under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (for brevity, BTPDS) (Control) Order, 2016 has been cancelled, before the appellate authority.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the said order.

If any appeal is preferred within four weeks from today with an application seeking condonation of delay, the appellate authority shall liberally consider the same and decide the petitioner's appeal on merit within the time stipulated under the BTPDS (Control) Order, 2016.
