1. The learned counsels for the parties fairly submit that the order dated 18.12.2019, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1862 of 2019 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Joint Secretary to the Government, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna, has passed an order dated 04.06.2021.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 04.06.2021. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
