JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the married and unmarried sisters of the husband of the victim is apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioners is of killing the sister of the informant after one and half years of her marriage for demand of dowry.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation against the petitioners is not specific. Petitioner No.1 and 2 are the married sisters-in-law (Nanad) of the victim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5262 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 and they residing at their own Sasural and Petitioner No.3 is doing job in Danapur Hospital and they were not involved in the crime. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.330/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) PNM U T
