The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vidyapatinagar (Ghataho) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.12.2018. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. during the course of investigation the police has arrested the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing
