2. The present writ petition has been filed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.3237 of 2025(2) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in place of his father, who died in harness on 05.08.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite the petitioner having filed appropriate application before the concerned authorities, no action has been taken for appointing the petitioner on compassionate ground, hence the respondents be directed to do the needful.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Chairman of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground and pass a final order within a period of 10 weeks, after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
