2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle which has been recovered on the statement of one co-accused Om Prakash Sah.

4. Petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 04.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14899 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah at West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 618 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 6(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) Police Station, West Champaran on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
