Three months' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the Court below i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, III, Barh, Patna, to conclude the trial in S. Tr. No.460 of 2016 arising out of Pandarak P.S. Case No.170 of 2015 in accordance with law.
