2 Petitioner was candidate for the post of Angan Bari Sevika in Ward No 11, Village - Sadaha in the district of Nalanda. She claims that she had been declared selected in the year, 2017 but till date, she has not been appointed. Writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the Authority to appoint the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3104 of 2019 dt.08-08-2019 2/2 3 Other than the averments made in the writ petition, there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner was selected. Other than that, this Court would record that without availing any of the remedies before the statutory Authorities, the petitioner has approached this Court directly under writ jurisdiction. 4 The respondent-State has brought on record the fact that the certificate of Matriculation submitted by the petitioner was sent for verification and that the veracity of the same is found and the same is found to be unreliable as no such Board is in existence as there is no Board in the address mentioned in the certificate produced by the petitioner.

5 In view of the said fact, verification of the petitioner's certificate was impossible and, therefore, such certificate could not be made the basis of issuing any kind of selection letter in favour of the petitioner. 6 The stand of the respondents stands undisputed as no rejoinder has been filed. The petitioner has no enforceable claim. 7 Writ petition is dismissed.
