This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and transfer petitioner no.1 from High School Nimi, Block Sheikhopur Sarai to High School, Hathiyawan, BlockSheikhpura and petitioner no.2 from High School, Mehus to Magatana Gandhi High School, Bhabhanbigha on the post of Zila
Patna High Court CWJC No.16021 of 2016 dt.13-02-2017 2 / 2 Parishad Secondary Teacher in their respective subjects as per their option given under the provisions of Rule 10 of the Bihar Zila Parishad Secondary and Higher Secondary Teacher (Employment and Service Conditions Rule, 2006).
It is contended that though the applications have been filed but the petitioners are not in a position to say on which date they have applied for the same.
Accordingly, if they file their option afresh in terms of the aforesaid Rule, let the Transfer Committee consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This disposes of the writ application. .
