On getting confidential information when the police party came near the house of Pankaj Singh lying at village Hanumangarhi, they have seen one car, motorcycle parked over a road. When they proceeded, all the persons standing nearby ran away. Coming suspicious thereby car as well as motorcycle were searched and during course thereof, wine as per seizure list have been seized therefrom. Though not specifically but the name of the petitioner is found mentioned therein and as has been pleaded, he happens to be owner of the motorcycle. The petitioner is under custody since 18.12.2019, a person of clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9656 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Gautam Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case No. 659/2019.
