2. We find whether there should be norms for grant of affiliation in respect of land or not is a policy decision. We do not wish to issue any direction to frame a policy in respect of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5485 of 2016 dt.06-02-2017 2/2 requirement of land as a condition for grant of affiliation.
3. The writ application is thus dismissed.
