Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Thirty liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 10.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
