This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No.450 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From the petitioner's house, the police are said to have recovered more than 78 liters of foreign liquor. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the illicit liquor was not recovered from his possession.

I am not convinced with the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the allegation of recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor from the petitioner's house, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.
