This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rosera P.S. Case No.252 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 110, 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing injury. He is in custody since 06.12.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
