This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Barun P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014, disclosing offences under sections, 147, 148, 149, 186, 323, 353, 307, 435, 337, 333/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are altogether 23 persons named in the First Information Report in the present application, three petitioners, who are also named. Allegation against them is that they had blocked against some incident on the G.T. Road and they are said to have attacked the police party.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5373 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 several other similar situated accused persons, named in the First Information Report, have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 09.11.2015 and 11.03.2015. The web copies of which have been brought on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 119/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
