The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.11.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Musahar @ Kalendra Musahar. He has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months and he has not been put on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15982 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015.
