JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the husband of the informant went missing when suspicion was raised against the petitioner and others that the informant's husband being a sailor was being killed by his companion like petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only suspicion has been raised and there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. The order of learned Sessions Judge also does not reflect any material suggesting the complicity of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.5361 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
