JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in the case, but the trial has not begun till date. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

In such circumstances, keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
