The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 313 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation of gunshot against the petitioner to the neck of the informant. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged
