====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 20.11.2014 was passed in absence of learned counsel for the petitioner and that was the reason case of the petitioner could not be properly placed before this court at the time of hearing of CWJC. no.14574/2010.

In my view, the aforesaid ground is not sufficient ground to review order dated 20.11.2014 passed in CWJC. no.14574/2010 and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.

However, if the petitioner wants to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 20.11.2014 passed in CWJC. no.14574/2010, he may take appropriate steps in accordance with law. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahid U T
