Patna High Court CWJC No.3433 of 2016 dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Constitution of Managing Committee Rules, 2015. Admittedly, the land has not been sold and it is represented by the Managing Committee that they will not sell the land without obtaining permission of the Board which is in process.
