Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 17.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14772 of 2016 and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 679 of 2015 arising out of Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 pending in the court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra, Saran stands rejected.
