2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.164 of 2020, S.Tr. No.92 of 2021/10/2021 registered on 13.08.2020 lodged under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16054 of 2022 bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected with the liberty to the petitioner that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail 6 months from the date of framing of charge.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 17.03.2021 and six months has also been lapsed.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but also submits that it is true that the charge has been framed and case is presently going on for evidences of the witnesses.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-IXth, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.164 of 2020, S.Tr. No.92 of 2021/10/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
