The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the students entered in the college premises and demanded for holding examination in one sitting. It is alleged that they assaulted the staff and teachers of the college.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against him. The informant named many persons and alleged that about 820 students entered in the premises of the Polytechnic College. Similarly situated co-accused, seven in number including Parmeshwar Kumar, Ram Lakhan Prasad and others, have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 37/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
