This Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition against an order passed by the CAT, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad. The petitioners have remedy before the jurisdictional High Court. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioners to resort appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
