The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No.120 of 2013/G.R. No.5364 of 2013 registered under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that during the posting of the petitioner as B.D.O., Amnaur Block (Saran), in between the year 2011-12, several persons were provided with the benefit of Indira Awas Yojna but, on inquiry, it was found that two persons got the benefit of the aforesaid Scheme twice and some persons, who had pakka house, also got the benefit under that Scheme.

No.9761 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chapra, in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No.120 of 2013/G.R. No.5364 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
