2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant alleges that on 17.11.2023, in the backdrop of land dispute, this petitioner armed with bhala, accompanied by 3 other accused persons, came at the door of the informant and assaulted him near his eye. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be
