Mr. Bindhyachal Singh submits that pursuant to the objection invited by the BPSC vide advertisement dated 13.9.2017 the petitioner has filed objection by way of filing detailed representation but unfortunately the representation filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of as yet. He submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the Commission to dispose of the pending representation by reasoned and speaking order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1938 of 2016(2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 Mr. Singh submits that the Commission while inviting objection was required to dispose of the representation and not keep the representation pending.

In view of the above, the respondent Commission is directed to take final decision on the representation within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as the Commission cannot invite objection and keep the representation pending for months together. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
