Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bangaon P. S. case no. 27/2014 registered under sections 323, 325, 341, 307, 379/34 of the IPC.
Admittedly, both parties have lodged cases against each others and not only informant as well as his son but also petitioner no.3 sustained injury which is evident from perusal of materials available on record.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5421 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bangaon P. S. case no. 27/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
