JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed when called upon to do so by the office. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S Case No. 206 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 ,323, 324, 325, 307, 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioners wanted to grab the land of informant from which the occurrence took place. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners were assaulted the informant in which he sustained head injury. There is case and counter case between the parties. And have several cases against each other. Both the parties have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners , above named, in the event of their arrest or
