The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Laxman Kumar Soni came to the informant and demanded money for providing job as guard in the custom department. The informant further alleged that the petitioners gave assurance when he went to demand his money.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are sisters of Laxman Kumar Soni and they have no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5497 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 manner of concern with misdeeds of Laxman Kumar Soni. The informant is said to have handed over the money to Laxman Kumar Soni. Laxman Kumar Soni, Suresh Sah and others have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioners that they received any amount from the informant and they have been made accused only because the petitioners happens to be sisters of Laxman Kumar Soni, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
