1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and enforcement of the order dated 02.11.2023, passed by the Circle Officer, Akorhigola, Rohtas in Encroachment Case No.01.2023-24. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.4003 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 3/3 representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
