The petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 647/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(A), 36 and 37(B) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 102 pouches each containing 200 m.l. of country-made liquor were recovered from the house of Chotan Sah. The petitioner is the son of Chotan Sah. The petitioner is in jail since 26.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that for recovery of 20 litres of country-made liquor the petitioner has remained in jail for about 04 months, the petitioner above-named,
