Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pier (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2022 dated 12.11.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13520 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
