2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons committed loot from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits the the petitioner has been made accused in the present case on the basis of disclosure of apprehended co-

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.32 of 2020.
7. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
