The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.197 of 2015 for offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 436, 448, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

Having perused the nature of the allegations and the arguments of Mr. Bhagat and taking note of the generalized allegation against the accused that there is nothing specific against them, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on
