The petitioner is accused in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner is said to be apprehended by the Police at time of committing theft regarding which Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2016 was instituted and Police got recorded the confessional of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case also except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2016.

No.4912 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.212 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
