Mr.Girish Chandra Jha For the Respondents :
Mrs.Sanghamitra Ghosh, AC to GP-15 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 The petitioners are aggrieved by an order, dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.7137 of 2019(4) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 18.02.2013, passed by the learned Additional Collector, Darbhanga, in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.50/2011-12. It seems that putting the same under challenge, the petitioners' father had filed a writ application, giving rise to C.W.J.C. No. 11909 of 2013, which came to be disposed of on 25.06.2014 with the observation that there is provision of appeal against the said order under Section 9(6) of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.
It is, however, case of the petitioners that in the order dated 25.06.2014, passed by this Court, 'Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 49/2011-12' was mentioned in place of ' Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.50/2011-12'.
It does not appear from the averments made in the writ application and materials available on record that the petitioners filed any appeal against the order dated 25.05.2014. This writ application, in my view, cannot be entertained and is accordingly dismissed in view of the facts noted above.
