2. The accused/petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonvarsha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 218(1), 118(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita 2023.
3. As per FIR, petitioner alleged to assault informant alongwith co-accused persons by inflicting knife injuries. The occurrence alleged to be arising out of trivial issues regarding uploading of some obscene video to social media.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against this petitioner is very much general and omnibus that he raised his pistol in air, though the

It is submitted that just to aggravate the allegation, petitioner implicated with this type of allegation without having any cogent material. In this context, it is also pointed out that the allegation of physical assault is not available against this petitioner, rather same is specifically available against co-accused, Golu Kumar and Mithlesh Kumar.
5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as allegation of physical assault prima facie not appears available against petitioner rather same is available against other co-accused persons, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Sonvarsha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
