JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.36/15 registered under Sections 399/400/412/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Bajrangi Kumar and Santosh Kumar were apprehended by the police in suspicious condition having firearm in their possession and they disclosed the name of this petitioner. The petitioner has not been arrested at the spot nor any recovery has been affected from his possession. He is in jail custody since 12.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14269 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Khagaria, in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.36/15.
