Public Prosecutor as well as Smt. Archana Sinha, learned counsel for Opp.Party no.2/North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd., makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below, file appropriate petition for compounding the offence and make a prayer for grant of bail.
