Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim died after 13 years of her marriage having four children. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same against all the in-laws including the petitioner. Husband is already in custody. The petitioner is brother of the husband.
Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4052 of 2017 (3) dt.18-04-2017 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada/Successor Court, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.66 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
