2. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari whereby in her place, private respondent no. 6 has been directed to be appointed as Aanganwari Sewika.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court straightway without exhausting her remedy of appeal against the aforesaid order of the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari

Patna High Court CWJC No.3718 of 2019 dt.27-02-2019 2/2 before the Collector, East Champaran who is the second appellate authority.

4. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appeal against the order impugned in the present petition before the Collector within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such appeal/representation, the Collector, East Champaran shall dispose of such appeal as expeditiously as possible, by a reasoned order, preferably within a period of four weeks of the receipt of such memo of appeal.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
