2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 324 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant runs CSP center of State Bank of India at Narkatiya and on 15.06.2023, while he was working, four miscreants on two motorcycle came to center and snatched Rs. 32,000/- from cash counter, several Aadhar Cards and Voter ID cards and thereafter they fled away giving him threatening him to face dire consequences.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Kunal Kumar from whom the Aadhar Card of the informant was recovered.

5. In view of the fact that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused, this application, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
